Welcome to Brikl. These Terms of Service govern your use of our Chrome extension, component library, templates, and related services. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Agreement to These Terms

By purchasing, installing, creating an account for, or using the Brikl Chrome Extension (the "Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Extension, including all related features, updates, and services made available through it. Your use of the Extension is conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not install, access, or use the Extension.

1.2 Eligibility

By using the Extension, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms;
  • You agree to comply with them;
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.

If you are using the Extension on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity, and that both you and the entity will be bound by them.

1.3 Related Policies

Your use of the Extension is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data, including account information and usage data.

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the Privacy Policy.

1.4 Updates to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Extension, legal requirements, or business practices.

The updated version will be made available on our website. Your continued use of the Extension after any changes means that you accept the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Extension.

2. Description of Service

2.1 Purpose of the Extension

The Brikl Chrome Extension is a productivity tool designed to help users copy pre-built Bubble components directly into their own projects.

The Extension is intended to simplify and accelerate the development process by providing ready-to-use components that can be integrated into Bubble applications.

2.2 Access Requirements

To use the Extension, users must:

  • Create a registered user account;
  • Purchase a valid one-time license corresponding to one of the available license tiers.

Access to certain features may depend on the selected license.

The Extension may require an active internet connection and a compatible version of Google Chrome.

2.3 Features and Functionality

The Extension provides access to a library of components and related tools. Features may include, but are not limited to:

  • Component browsing and selection;
  • Copy functionality for integration into Bubble projects;
  • The ability to mark components as favorites for quicker access and easier retrieval.
  • Account-based access control;
  • Usage tracking for management and support purposes;
  • Updates and improvements released over time.

We reserve the right to modify, improve, limit, or remove features at any time.

2.4 Third-Party Platforms

The Extension operates within the Google Chrome browser and interacts with the Bubble platform.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Bubble or Google.

We are not responsible for changes, updates, restrictions, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms that may affect the functionality of the Extension.

2.5 Service Availability

While we aim to provide reliable access to the Extension, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Access may be temporarily limited due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Account Registration

Certain features may require an account or subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. License & Permitted Use

4.1 Grant of License

Upon purchase of a valid one-time license, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Brikl Chrome Extension in accordance with these Terms.

This license allows you to use the Extension for your own personal or business projects, depending on the license tier selected at the time of purchase.

The license does not grant you ownership of the Extension or its components. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by us.

4.2 License Scope

Your license permits you to:

  • Access and use the Extension through your registered account;
  • Copy and use the provided components within your own Bubble projects;
  • Integrate the components into applications you develop for yourself or your clients, unless otherwise restricted by your license tier.

The license is granted per account and may not be shared across multiple users unless explicitly permitted under your license type.

4.3 Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the Extension or its components as standalone products;
  • Share your account credentials with others;
  • Extract, duplicate, or republish the component library for commercial resale;
  • Reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to replicate the Extension's core functionality;
  • Use the Extension in a manner that competes directly with the service provided.

Any unauthorized use of the Extension may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

4.4 Intellectual Property

All content, components, code, branding, and materials provided through the Extension remain the exclusive property of Brikl.

Your purchase grants a right to use the components, not ownership of them.

5. Payments

5.1 License Fees

The Brikl Chrome Extension is available under two separate one-time paid license tiers.

By purchasing a license, you obtain access to the Extension according to the features and limitations associated with the selected license tier.

The license is granted on a one-time payment basis and does not constitute a subscription or recurring billing, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

We do not directly store or process your full payment details. Payment information is handled in accordance with Stripe's own terms and privacy practices.

By completing a purchase, you agree to comply with Stripe's applicable terms and conditions.

5.3 Pricing and Changes

All prices are displayed at the time of purchase. You are responsible for reviewing the pricing information before completing your transaction.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Any price changes will apply only to future purchases and will not affect licenses already acquired.

5.4 Payment Issues

If a payment is declined, reversed, charged back, or disputed, we reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to the Extension until the matter is resolved.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and valid at the time of purchase.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Refund Request Period

Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.

Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for review.

6.2 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund, the request must be based on a legitimate and verifiable issue affecting the normal use of the Extension.

Eligible reasons may include:

  • A reproducible technical malfunction;
  • A major compatibility issue preventing proper functionality;
  • A significant defect impacting core features of the Extension.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase;
  • Misunderstanding of product features clearly described prior to purchase;
  • Minor issues that do not substantially affect functionality;
  • Lack of technical knowledge required to use Bubble or Chrome.

6.3 Usage-Based Limitation

The Extension includes a tracking system that records the number of components copied per user account.

If fifty (50) or more components have been copied and no verified technical issue attributable to the Extension is identified, the purchase will not be eligible for a refund.

This limitation exists to prevent abuse and ensure fair use of the refund policy.

6.4 Review Process

All refund requests are reviewed individually.

We may request additional information, including screenshots or technical details, to properly assess the reported issue.

Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion based on the information provided and compliance with these Terms.

6.5 Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise required by law.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

7. Usage Monitoring

7.1 Purpose of Monitoring

To ensure proper functionality, maintain service quality, prevent abuse, and enforce these Terms, the Extension includes a usage monitoring system.

This monitoring allows us to better understand how the Extension is used and to maintain a fair experience for all users.

7.2 Tracked Usage Data

The Extension tracks certain usage metrics associated with your account, including:

  • The number of components copied;
  • Basic interaction data necessary for account and license validation;
  • Technical information related to the operation of the Extension.

This data is linked to your user account.

7.3 Use of Usage Data

Usage data may be used for:

  • License verification;
  • Enforcement of refund eligibility rules;
  • Detection of abuse or misuse;
  • Technical support and troubleshooting;
  • Service improvement and performance monitoring.

We do not sell or share usage data for advertising purposes.

7.4 Transparency

By using the Extension, you acknowledge and agree to this usage monitoring as part of the normal operation of the service.

Additional details regarding the collection and processing of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Brikl Chrome Extension, including its code, design, structure, branding, and component library, remain the exclusive property of Brikl.

The Extension and its components are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark laws.

Your purchase of a license grants you a right to use the Extension under these Terms, but does not transfer ownership of the Extension or its content.

8.2 Component Usage

The components made available through the Extension may be used within your own Bubble projects in accordance with your license.

However, you may not:

  • Resell or redistribute the components as standalone products;
  • Repackage or publish the component library as your own;
  • Make the components publicly available for download outside of your own applications;
  • Claim ownership of the original component designs or structure.

8.3 Trademarks and Branding

The name "Brikl", associated logos, and any related branding elements are our property.

You may not use our branding, trademarks, or visual identity without prior written permission.

8.4 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Extension, you agree that we may use such feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

9. Data & Privacy Reference

Your use of the Brikl Chrome Extension involves the collection and processing of certain personal and usage data.

Details regarding what data we collect, how it is used, how it is stored, and your rights in relation to your personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

By using the Extension, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and agree to the processing of your information as described therein.

If you do not agree with our data practices, you must discontinue use of the Extension.

You acknowledge that the Extension is a development tool and that you are solely responsible for how you use it within your projects.

We are not responsible for:

  • Errors in your implementation of components;
  • Issues arising from modifications you make to the components;
  • Problems resulting from conflicts with other plugins, tools, or custom code;
  • Business losses resulting from deployment decisions.

11.3 Maximum Liability

In any case, our total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Extension shall not exceed the total amount you paid for your license.

11.4 Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the actions, policies, updates, or technical changes of third-party services, including Google Chrome, Bubble, or payment providers.

Any issues arising from such third-party services are outside our control.

11.5 Jurisdictional Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the Extension at any time.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us or by discontinuing use of the Extension. Termination of your account does not automatically entitle you to a refund, except as provided under the Refund Policy.

  • You violate these Terms;
  • You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity;

13.2 Changes to These Terms

We may update or revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.

The updated version will be made available on our website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Extension after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Extension.
